PCR
Multiple copies of sample made by PCR.In simple way we can say that PCR is a process in which we make million copies of DNA in short time.This process take place in lab.

COMPONENTS NEED FOR PCR.
There are following components need for this process.
DNA POLYMERASE.
Is a enzyme use for adding opposite strand nucleotide at 3 prime end OH.The mostly use enzyme is Taq polymerase.Pyrococcus also use as a enzyme.

PRIMER.
There are two primer involve one is forward and other is reverse primer.DNA strand are 18 to 25 nucleotide.
NUCLEOTIDE.
All types of nucleotide are building blocks for new DNA and essential for need.These nucleotide are adenine,guanine,thymine and cytocine in RNA is uracil.
DNA TEMPLATE.
In DNA template high temperature need for breaking twist strand to one strand.and also help in attachment primer.
PROCEDURE.
In first high temperature need about 90 to 96 degree for isolation two strands.When these strands open temperature low down and cool the process and next step start for adding annealing.Nucleotide add to their complementary strand adenine add to thymine and guanine to cytocine.Last step is extension in which strand length increase.

Now this process repeat again and again to make million copies.
