In legal principle following two rules are applied.

This law also passed in 1974 in which say that with out permission not any research is allow.In which rights and privacy.
▉ Ethical Principles.
3. Beneficence.
The beneficence indicates the purpose of this research is for gaining knowledge and spread information of humans.It not for conducting to give harms to individual,cast blame,finding fault,And the aim of researcher to enhance understanding where possible to promote opportunity.
4. Honesty.
Honesty is most important and significance rule in research without honesty any research is not full fill their requirements and prohibited.If you don’t show honesty in your data your research is meaning less.
5. Accurate Disclosure.
This rule show that if you do research in human beings than give in confident and tell little information about research and tell same to every one.
▉ Philosophical Principles.
6. Significance.
Your research topic is significance to other never choose those topic which have no importance or benefit to other people.Before research must think about time expenditure and availability of lab.
7. Generalizability.
This principle show the topic of research is simple those who can understand every person and increase value of your research if large value of research than finding became more.
8. Replicability.
New finding in every research are benefit for humans wellness.The principle of replicability indicate that the research result if done more experiments than their result same.Follow same recipe and condition than out put is also same.
9. Probability.
Your research is hard and fast answers if any questions arise

Your topic must be researchable and apply all rule of scientific method
