Govt of Punjab Launched e-Profile for All the Teachers working in School Education Department Punjab. All Teachers are requested to Upload their Information & Data on SED Official Website: http://sedhr.punjab.gov.pk. This Online system launched for the purpose of following:
- Transfer / Posting
- Promotion
- Pension
- Annual Confidential Report (ACR)
- Leaves
All these services will be handle by this system. Last Date to Upload Information & Data is 10th August 2019.
How to Fill HRMS Form Online?
- Firstly you must have your SIS Punjab Application Username & Password.
- Then Go to the Website: http://sedhr.punjab.gov.pk
- Enter your SIS Username & Password in the Login Form.
- After Logging in Please Read the Instructions Below & Fill the Form Accordingly.

Please clarify how to enter service record in hrms form
Each entry should be made within a year like 01-01-2002 to 31-12-2002 then next will be 01-01-2003 to 31-12-2003… & Last 2019 year should not be mentioned. After the completion of 2019 year, this entry will be made. Please fill your services till 31-12-2018. If any transfer happened in 2019 then must enter that one.
Where to write the peeli trainings? Will their be made in mandatory or others. Please guide
My mother joining date is not correct on sis and sed what can I do due to this we not submit the hrms form

Ask her headmistress to let your mother edit the info through her own portal. The headmistresses have the authority.
