Punjab Curriculum & Text Book Board, Lahore, today (11-08-2020) announced Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) in which syllabus for Class 1 to 10th has been reduced. Students will now only prepare selected & short listed course for the coming Annual Exam 2021. Furthermore, all the exams will be held according to the previous year schedule and there will be no relaxation given for session extension.

Sir our school has told us that this syllabus is not approved yet and 'it is official' is a rumour. They say it is prepared by board but still it is to be approved so are u sure it us approved and we should not waste our time and start preparing according to it?

Yes correct.. it is same as lie full book . They should had to reduce some chapters but this scheme not helpful for students
And they also did not include the paragraphs. Because students choose from essays and paragraphs but no proper syllabus

Plz clarify that in biology & chemistry,some topics are excluded but those pages are given in smart syllabus,, so now should we cover those topics or not…if we teach those topics to students then it means complete chapters are included,,,..phr reduce to khuch na hua….how it will be managed…. it's difficult for both teachers as well as students…
